Protection from price increases

Within 72 hours of purchasing a product from, you will receive a refund of the difference in price.

The best price

Please enter the product description page on our website and click “Price Match” to make a claim if you find the same product for a lower price elsewhere online. In most cases we will beat the price.

Terms and Conditions of Registration

We shall bear 99% of the liability if you provide a wrong delivery address. If you realize you have used the wrong address, please contact us right away; it is impossible to apply the corrected address to an order that has already been shipped.


If you confirm your payment within 24 hours of making it, you’ll be eligible for a complete refund. After that period, it’s still possible to cancel the order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. However, if it has left our warehouse already, we won’t be able to stop or modify it. If you’d like an exchange or refund, we’d need the item returned first; in this instance, your customer is only able to receive a partial refund on the purchase amount minus any shipping costs. Returns within 3 days

If you are unsatisfied with your order within three days for any reason whatsoever, you can return the item(s) to us in the brand new condition for a refund in the amount of the purchase price minus shipping costs. If a spare part is installed on your phone and is working, it cannot be returned.

It usually takes 3-7 days for a bank transfer to reach the bank.

Damaged items during transit

Please accept the parcel and contact us within 7 working days if an item is visibly damaged upon receipt, along with the following evidence:

The front and back sides of the packaging box;

A picture, video, or screenshot of the defective item;

A photo, video, or screenshot of the defective item or part of the parcel.

During the warranty period, service and repair policies apply

If any of the items you have purchased from us is found defective within 1 year of receipt, you are entitled to a repair under warranty. Please provide us with evidence as follows: photos and videos of the defective item. After providing such information to the relevant sales manager and the problem is acknowledged, you can send the items back to us for a repair.

You are responsible for recording and erasing all information (e.g. texts, images, ringtones, contacts, etc.) from the phone or other items you return to us before sending them back. As a result, Joozbi shall not be liable for any personal information left in the phone or any other item, nor can it guarantee that such information will not be erased. The repair policy is outlined in the following table.

Following the return of defective items, please email the following details to your sales manager’s email address

The tracking number for the returned parcel;

2. The model number of the returned item;

3. Detailed description of each item’s problem

4. Each item’s original order number from Joozbi

If any duties arise from shipping by any other express delivery method, we will not sign to accept the parcel.
